How long does implementation take?

It depends on the size of your organisation and the volume of data to migrate. During the demo we look at your operation and present an implementation plan.

Can you help migrate the data we already have?

Yes. We can assist with migrating existing patient/member, product and inventory data, subject to the format and quality of the source data. We assess each case before migrating.

Is MCS available in my region?

Yes. MCS is available to associations throughout Brazil.

How does support work?

Customers are supported through our ticket system, with a response within 24 hours.

Where is the data hosted?

MCS runs on Google Cloud Platform, with encrypted data storage and transmission, controlled access and daily backups. See Security and data protection.
